I am looking for a serious, verifiable SBLC structure.<\/p>\n

I have access to monetization, as well as the necessary background for the further use of the monetized capital.<\/p>\n

If you are here, I assume that you have access to a standby letter of credit (SBLC) instrument, or to a structure that may also be workable for me. Before determining that, I would first like to briefly explain what this is about.<\/p>\n

I am currently working with a serious professional team that has been actively operating in this field for more than ten years, and during that time has successfully completed numerous transactions. This is important to me because I am not working with a newly formed team, but with professionals who have long understood this market, its mechanics, risks, and real opportunities, and who also have established professional relationships with the appropriate financial institutions.<\/p>\n

This team is capable of monetizing SBLC instruments, and in addition, the proper framework is already in place for the further use of the monetized capital in private financial programs. In other words, under the current structure, what I primarily need is the SBLC itself.<\/p>\n

The reason I am looking for a structure with no upfront payment is that this would be my first transaction of this kind, and at present I do not have the capital required to finance the earlier stages of the process. This is not a matter of principle. It is not that I do not want to pay, but that I am only in a position to do so after monetization.<\/p>\n

Naturally, with several decades of financial experience, I fully understand that nothing in business comes free. I fully accept that reality. I am open to paying all real, lawful, and justified costs, including additional costs where applicable. My only condition is that such costs must be settled exclusively after successful monetization.<\/p>\n

    Additional Important Consideration<\/h3>\n

    My current preference is for a standby letter of credit (SBLC) issued in favor of a private individual.<\/p>\n

    However, if the only obstacle to further cooperation is that the instrument must be issued under a corporate structure, I can of course arrange the necessary corporate background.<\/p>\n

    In other words, my present preference is an SBLC issued to a private individual, but this is not an absolute requirement if a corporate structure is necessary for the transaction to be completed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
